In November 2005 born the idea of creating a robot with cero euros, with very simple tools. the robot would be capable of moving over a surface, avoiding obstacles.
The goal of this project was demonstrating that imagination and creativity could substitute the lack of budget. That it is possible to make a robot without money, using recycled materials and items not needed anymore by the rest of people.
The project was developed in spare times and finally concluded on January 2007. All the steps followed were published in 34 chapters at mundobot's blog, only in Spanish I'm afraid. It could be seen HERE
The robot, programmed in LOGO and controlled from a PC finally moved around and avoided the obstacles found in it's way. In the blog there is a video showing it.
